We designed this flyer a couple months ago for an herb tasting that Sympathy for the Kettle was having on May 19th at the tea house on St. Marks, but it’s such a gem of a card that we had to post it. What’s more, super healing herbs never go out of style! So here’s the run-down:

Chamomile : Sedative, releaves restlessness, minimizes eczema & skin irritations and is also a stron anti-inflammatory!

Peppermint : Sweetens breath and calms the digestive system. Soothes heartburn, stomach aches, nausea, and colicky babies. Also helps manage stress and controls mild asthma!

Ginger Root : Relieves motion sickness and cramps, fights colds, soothes sore throats and wards off flu-like symptoms!

Hibiscus Petals : Packed with vitamin C and great for the circulation. Also helps lower blood pressure!

Chrysanthemum : A strong anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy remedy that instantly relieves itchy eyes!

French Vervaine - Calms the nervous system and aids in digestion, reducing fevers, promoting sleep and relieving the blues!

Just finished the tasting menu for PT’s summer dinner on July 11th at 8pm. It’s going to be an amazing meal, I’m sure, as all meals at this great little Williamsburg spot are. If you can’t make it to the dinner, be sure to check out their website (which we proudly designed!) which has their regular dinner menu and a link to the MySpace page!
